About the role

You will be a part of the Business Workflow Automation team, responsible for turning product requirements into designs, developing implementation plans, and creating integrations and automated initiatives for both On-Cloud and On-Premise platforms. As a Software Engineer , you will be responsible for developing the service management framework , event management workflows , business application workflows , as well as integrations and tool capabilities .

Be at the forefront of IT Operations transformation , delivering cost savings, productivity gains, and user experience improvements
Identify opportunities for improving user experience
Execute enhancements on existing products
Evaluate and monitor product performance within assigned categories
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance overall performance
