ServiceNow Architect -SOMT-Manger

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Architect with deep expertise in Telecom Sales & Order Management (SOMT), enterprise integrations, and ServiceNow platform development. The ideal candidate will lead architecture and delivery while actively contributing to coding, configuration, troubleshooting, and mentoring teams.

What you'll do

• Be solving client problems using the ServiceNow platform
• Get the opportunity to work with a high-performing team and drive innovative solutions that address complex client needs
• Architect and deliver ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM/SOMT) solutions for telecommunications clients
• Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, solution design discussions, and stakeholder reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, integration, and production issues through root cause analysis and technical leadership
