ServiceNow Business Analyst

About the role

Müller's Solutions is looking for a passionate ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our talented team. In this critical role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that the implemented ServiceNow solutions effectively meet business needs and drive operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ServiceNow implementations
• Conduct process analysis and mapping to identify opportunities for improvement within ServiceNow
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the technical team
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to interface with users and gather feedback on ServiceNow solutions
• Assist in the development of test cases and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• ServiceNow
• Test cases
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA or BBA

Good to have

• ITIL
