About the role

With a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, you will bring expertise in ServiceNow configuration, 3rd party integrations, and a solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL principles. Your strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities will be key to driving our ServiceNow initiatives forward.

What you'll do

Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, FSM, and ITBM, to meet business requirements
Integrate ServiceNow with other applications and systems using JavaScript, SOAP, REST, and SSO-SAML
Develop and customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro, CSS, HTML, and Jelly
Create and maintain business rules, script includes, UI actions, and flow designer elements
Manage scheduled jobs and client scripts to automate processes and enhance system efficiency
