ServiceNow Developer - GRC / IRM & Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise across the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) applications, complemented by solid ServiceNow platform development skills.

What you'll do

• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow GRC and IRM applications, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management
• Build and customize ServiceNow platform components – workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, Flow Designer flows, and Integration Hub spokes
• Configure and extend Now Assist capabilities to support GenAI-driven use cases within GRC, IRM, and platform workflows
• Translate business and compliance requirements into scalable technical designs, in partnership with architects and functional consultants
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party risk, security, and enterprise systems
