About the role

Technical Skills needed-ServiceNow ITSM With HRSD/CSM/SPM Module along with strong Scripting and integration expereince. Experience designing and/or implementing an HR Shared Services center ServiceNow in depth Process knowledge (CSM Process, integrations etc.) Gathering of requirements-Assist in conducting workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to gather business process requirements.

What you'll do

• Testing and Trial Runs-"Execute testing for assigned modules, validate functionality across required interactions
• Maintain Documentation-Prepare detailed reports and documentation on project specifications, activities, and status, while presenting information using flowcharts
