What you'll do

• Platform Engineering & Administration
• Configure, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security
• Design and implement workflows, automations, integrations, reports, dashboards, and catalog solutions using both Flow Designer and scripting approaches
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and scoped applications following platform best practices
• Plan and implement solutions with consideration for upgrade compatibility, maintainability, and operational supportability

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience

• ACLS
• Agile
• Root cause analysis
