ServiceNow SPM Functional Consultant

About the role

Müller's Solutions is actively seeking a skilled ServiceNow SPM Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by leveraging your expertise in the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module.

What you'll do

• Engage with clients to collect and analyze business requirements related to portfolio management
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow SPM module to align with client objectives and best practices
• Document functional requirements, process flows, and solution designs
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding and adoption of ServiceNow SPM
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and implementation of SPM solutions

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• ServiceNow
• Portfolio management
• BBA or B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
