About the role
We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Tech Lead with strong AI and modern UI expertise. The ideal candidate will code, review pull requests, and guide the team in building Lit Web Components for AI-powered UI experiences. You will bring strong expertise in AI and modern frontend technologies to mentor the team on AI-native UI patterns and best practices.
What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance to the development team
- Build and guide team members in developing Lit Web Components for AI-powered UI experiences
- Implement and integrate AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols
- Apply AI-native UI patterns and best practices to modernize user interfaces
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions
