About the role

In this pivotal role, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions to our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that will enhance their operations.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow technical solutions
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, ensuring they align with business needs
• Provide technical guidance on ITSM processes and best practices to clients and internal teams
• Assist in the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and services
• Collaborate with developers and functional consultants to ensure a seamless implementation of solutions

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• ServiceNow
• REST APIs
• JavaScript
• HTML
• CSS
• B.Sc or B.Tech or B.E. or BCA
