What you'll do

• Leads and develops process, solution(s) and capabilities over entire Services Quote to Cash lifecycle
• Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive process and platform improvements
• Responsible for revenue and margin contribution of one solution or related set of processes and capabilities
• Leads key business initiatives in support of operational or financial improvement
• Understands software development lifecycle and works in partnership with business and IT to develop capabilities
