CTS ODC is the vital point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests. You need to be highly motivated team player with the skills and ability to manage ambiguity.

What you'll do

• Focus on delivering world class customer service to our customers
• Maintain the Dashboard specific to ODC based on the day to day requirement
• Religiously work with CTS ODC team/Stakeholders and update all the critical data on the SharePoint and maintain accuracy
• Work with Offshore Development Center (ODC) team/stakeholders to identify process gaps
• Help CTS -ODC team in documenting the ODC specific process
