About the role

Reducing response time of team members in providing information and solutions to all internal and external customers Organization Effectiveness & Employee Engagement activities as per OE Calendar & Budget. Coordination and organizing various OE activities, Business activities such as Awoo Scholarship, Vibes Survey etc. apart from activities mentioned in calendar to improve employee engagement and motivation.

What you'll do

• Implementing action plans based on satisfaction surveys and employee feedback across unit
• Ensuring timely and effective talent acquisition to meet business needs
• Ensuring timely completion of Goal setting process, Mid-year review & End-Year review
• Coordinating with managers and other employees and assisting them whenever required to ensure completion of self-evaluation and managerial evaluation
