About the role

Greet customers at the branch entrance and understand their needs.Direct visitors to appropriate service windows or officers.Help customers use self-service kiosks, ATMs, and Cash Deposit Machines.Educate clients on mobile and internet banking apps.Assist senior citizens and manage customer flow inside the banking hall.Help people fill out basic banking forms and complete initial documentation.
