About the role
Assign the tickets to all the team members in team. Extensive knowledge in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Aura, Admin, Process builder, Reports and dashboards.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Business POC , understand , design and implement the solution for the use case requested
- Collaborate with integration team architects to define the Integration requirements
- Collaborating with the team to identify and assist with the issues/development/Testing
- Analyze the issues coming via service now, create problem for the recurring ones, and get it fixed with the help of JIRA
- Monitor the ticket inflow and guide the team to handle the tickets properly
