SFMC Campaign Lead

About the role

As an SFMC Campaign Lead, you will take ownership of complex campaign delivery in a role that sits at the intersection of marketing execution, stakeholder management, and business performance. This position is suited to someone who can lead with confidence, make sound campaign decisions, and bring structure to cross-functional delivery while keeping a close eye on outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end campaign delivery from business requirements and briefing through launch and post-campaign reporting
• Manage recurring and ad hoc campaigns across mobile apps and other customer channels
• Build and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud customer journeys, automations, segmentation, and personalization
• Deliver mobile app campaigns, including in-app banners, mobile customer journeys, and channel coordination
• Manage loyalty campaigns, offers, vouchers, eligibility, and redemption
