What you'll do

Assist in managing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation systems (BMS). Monitor performance and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
Oversee daily maintenance operations, manage reactive work orders, and ensure all technical activities meet quality standards and deadlines
Manage relationships with service providers, obtain competitive quotes, and supervise contractor work to ensure quality delivery within budget
Ensure building operations comply with local codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards. Conduct regular safety inspections
