Support all technical facility operations in shifts across all buildings for The Client at Powai Mumbai.

What you'll do

• Perform planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, DG, lifts, and water systems, following approved schedules and safety standards
• Coordinate and oversee AMC and service vendors: monitor performance, review work completion, and ensure all statutory and contract requirements are met
• Maintain accurate equipment, asset, and service request logs; complete daily/weekly reports and provide input for monthly management updates
• Attend and close Helpdesk requests promptly, minimizing downtime and client disruption
• Enforce and follow health, safety, statutory and crisis management procedures for self, contractors, and service delivery teams

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• MS Office
• Statutory compliance
• Accounts payable
• Financial reporting

• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
