What you'll do

• Program and guide operators on CNC machines
• Guide and motivate the operators to achieve the production targets as per the required quality standards
• Develop new products and establish manufacturing process
• Tool planning, development of new Jigs and Fixtures required for new product for all the machining operations
• Co-ordination and co-operation with other departments like quality, order center, stores, engineering, and purchase for smooth flow of works
