About the role

Shift engineer at Vibracoustic. Supervise production as per plan in respective designated Supervise proper allocation of manpower as per skills and its optimal utilization.

What you'll do

  • Supervise production as per plan in respective designated Supervise proper allocation of manpower as per skills and its optimal utilization
  • Achieve OEE rate as per the KPIs
  • Maintain and supervise 5S activities, continuous improvements (Kaizen), Poka Yoke and online pull system
  • Fulfil the requirement of IATF – 16949, ISO14001, EnMS 50001 and ISO45001 and maintain their records appropriately
  • Any other task assigned time to time as per need of the organization by HOD

What you need

  • 5–9 yrs of experience
