Shift Incharge at Sarvesh Refractories. Shift Operations.
What you'll do
- Supervise all fusion plant operations during the shift
- Ensure smooth functioning of electric arc furnaces, induction furnaces, or other fusion equipment
- Monitor raw material feeding, melting, and pouring processes
- Maintain production output as per schedule and quality standards
- Coordinate with the quality team to ensure product meets required specifications
What you need
