Shift Leader- Assembly

About the role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to supervise daily motor assembly operations, achieve production targets, ensure product quality and workplace safety, and manage shop-floor manpower effectively. . Each day, you will provide regular feedback and make recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line, including production line organization, shifting priorities, and possible critical situations.

What you'll do

• Have the opportunity to supervise daily motor assembly operations, achieve production targets, ensure product quality and workplace safety
• Provide regular feedback and make recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line, including production line organization, shifting priorities
• Execute daily production plans and monitor plan versus actual output
• Supervise motor assembly activities as per SOPs, work instructions, and engineering drawings
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, and quality requirements

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Production planning
• 5S
• SAP
• Lean manufacturing
• Kaizen
• Root cause analysis
• Any graduate
