Shift leader-Print

About the role

We are seeking a Shift Leader to drive printing operations, ensure efficient resource utilization, uphold quality standards, and maintain a safe and compliant production environment. In this key supervisory role, you will lead shift activities, support troubleshooting, manage consumables, and ensure smooth execution of printing processes while fostering strong GMP and EHS culture

What you'll do

• Plan all shift activities including manning, leave, overtime, WIP management, and PCM planning
• Ensure proper changeover and line clearance before each new batch, including foreign‑object checks and print booth cleanliness
• Confirm all quality parameters and specifications are established prior to process start-up
• Ensure effective implementation and follow‑up of SOPs, GMP, and EHS requirements across the shift
• Support operators during mechanical troubleshooting and breakdowns, ensuring timely response to issues

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• CSS
• GMP
• Safety management
• SOP writing
• B.Tech or B.E.
