About the role

The Shift Manager is responsible for managing daily operations in the plant during the shifts. M anaging operat ions – Overall responsibility of the shift across different functions . Co-ordination between different shops for manpower allocation and priority assignment E nsur e all defined safe ty practices are followed

What you'll do

• Ensure all the Safety r egulations a re followed
• Maintain the records of all the relevant information in shift management for MIS reporting
• Discuss with the shift supervisor the specific plans for the week and the day wise plan in advance
• Monitor the critical activities to ensure the process parameters are adhered
• Record and report all the deviations

What you need

• 7–10 yrs of experience
• MIS reporting
• Root cause analysis
• Diploma or B.Tech or B.E.
