About the role

Job Objective Supervise and ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the treatment plant during the assigned shift. Continuously monitor treatment processes to ensure smooth plant operation. Promptly report equipment abnormalities, breakdowns, and unsafe conditions. Immediately report accidents, near misses, and any unsafe acts or conditions.

What you'll do

  • Ensure proper operation of pumps, blowers, clarifiers, screens, sludge handling systems, and related STP/ETP equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections of plant equipment and process areas to ensure optimal performance
  • Take immediate and appropriate corrective actions in case of abnormal operating conditions
  • Facilitate proper and comprehensive shift handover and takeover with complete operational details
  • Coordinate effectively with Maintenance, Electrical, Safety, and Administration teams as needed
