About the role

We are seeking a process-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a SICR Owner. The ideal candidate will excel in ensuring End to end change management implementation, data accuracy, crafting impactful presentations, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Own and manage the end-to-end Supplier Initiated Change Request process from submission through implementation and closure
• Ensure supplier change requests are reviewed, prioritized, tracked, and processed in accordance with established procedures and timelines
• Drive adherence to global change control requirements and governance standards
• Monitor workflow progression and proactively remove bottlenecks to ensure timely decision-making
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation of all supplier-initiated changes
