About the role

Guide crane operators using standard hand signals and radio communication during lifting operations. Assist in the safe lifting, shifting, loading, and unloading of construction materials. Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, rigging teams, and site engineers. Ensure that loads are properly secured before lifting, in coordination with the rigger.
