What you'll do

• Coordinate with the Project team and suppliers for setting up silver electrolytic cells
• Ensure proper installation, calibration, and readiness for production
• Operate silver refining processes by electrolysis on a day-to-day basis
• Produce high-purity silver (9999 good delivery standard) consistently
• Utilize refined silver to produce grains, casted, and minted products as per production requirements
