About the role

The Site Head is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, mentoring the sales team, and managing site operations to meet revenue targets. This role demands a proactive leader who can inspire a high-performing sales team, maintain compliance, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

What you'll do

• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets
• Foster excellent team bonding and engagement to maintain high morale and reduce attrition
• Provide thorough training and orientation to newly joined team members, ensuring they align with organizational values and sales goals
• Drive a culture of discipline and professionalism, maintaining adherence to organizational policies
• Oversee the sales pipeline and guide team members on deal closure strategies
