What you'll do

• Strategy, growth and enterprise value
• Translate business demand into an integrated site strategy, capability roadmap and disciplined priorities; identify where Pune can create the greatest enterprise value
• Partner with functional owners on new capabilities, transitions and transformation, with clear readiness, service, risk and value measures
• Champion productivity, simplification, automation and continuous improvement; challenge work that adds complexity without impact
