What you'll do

• Associate II supports and manages the implementation and ongoing investigator payment services for Payments projects
• Support the operational implementation activities and ongoing investigator payment services for Payments projects and programs
• Support the monitoring and analysis of financial data, ensuring timely processing of EFT (ACH/Wire) payments, check payments, and patient reimbursements
• Use strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assist the Project Management, Implementation, Finance, Engineering, Product, IT
• Support financial operations-related activities within the Payments solution
