Site Project Head

About the role

Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project to maintain project momentum. Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards on site.

What you'll do

• Implement the project plan and commence execution, ensuring efficient implementation in line with time, cost, resource management, and specifications
• Review project plans based on benchmark trends and develop contingency/back-up plans with alternate strategies to achieve project milestones
• Develop detailed work plans and schedules to guide project activities and monitor progress against these plans
• Lead smooth and timely commissioning of the project through coordination with various stakeholders within or outside the company
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
