About the role

Site Reliability Engineer_CloudOps at Jiffy. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-native workloads hosted on AWS EKS, RDS, MongoDB Atlas, S3, Elasticache, OpenSearch, and EFS.

What you'll do

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-native workloads hosted on AWS EKS, RDS, MongoDB Atlas, S3, Elasticache, OpenSearch, and EFS
• Ensure availability, fault-tolerance, and auto-healing mechanisms for a multi-tenant Kubernetes-based platform
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD and Jenkins for seamless deployment of Go, Java, Node.js, and Python-based services
• Participate in BCP, capacity planning, infrastructure scaling, and performance tuning for microservices
• Respond to production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and automate incident response

What you need
