What you'll do

• Monitor applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and customer-facing services for availability, performance, and reliability
• Analyze, acknowledge, prioritize, and triage alerts and events, performing initial troubleshooting and escalation as required
• Provide L1 production support and participate in incident and major incident response
• Support monitoring and observability using tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Operations, and ServiceNow Event Management
• Perform routine infrastructure maintenance and server patching across Azure, GCP, AWS, VMware, Windows, and Linux environments

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
