Site Reliability Engineer II

About the role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer II to work with the wider engineering team to implement, maintain, and support backend server and micro-services infrastructure for studio titles across various technology stacks. In this role, you will develop and maintain automation tools for development, testing, operations, and IT infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain automation tools for development, testing, operations, and IT infrastructure
• Help provide 24/7 on-call support for production outages via PagerDuty, whilst collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary stakeholders to communicate impacts and…
• Play a key role in defining and establishing development, testing, release, and support processes for SRE operations
• Monitor lifecycle processes to ensure adherence, and iterate on processes to minimize workflow times
• Design, develop, and advocate for automated processes wherever possible
