Site Reliability Engineer

Site Reliability Engineer at Redis. Own and manage production incidents impacting Redis Enterprise clusters in Azure cloud.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems, driving root cause analysis and resolution
• Partner with R&D and Product teams to resolve bugs, influence product improvements through operational insights, and drive long-term reliability enhancements
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation in a global team (follow-the-sun model)
• Design and develop code-driven automation tools, internal platforms, and data workflows leveraging cloud services and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Codex
• Build and maintain services to enhance incident management, reporting, and fleet-level insights

What you need
