About the role

The Site Supervisor (Automation) will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing automation projects at client sites. The role involves ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality and safety standards, and smooth communication between the client, project team, and vendors.

What you'll do

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities related to automation installation and commissioning
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution
• Ensure proper installation of automation systems including controllers, sensors, lighting, HVAC, and other integrated devices
• Conduct routine inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards
• Resolve site-level technical and operational issues promptly

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• HVAC
• Any graduate
