Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily RCC conventional construction and finishing works at project sites
• Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, concrete casting, curing, plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, and waterproofing activities
• Read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and engineers
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per schedule

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Site execution
• Construction
• Carpentry
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma

What you get

• ₹30k–₹50k a month
