What you'll do

Design and develop learning curricula based on clear objectives and run the training plans for our Learn and Earn, Vocational Training, Apprentice and B.VOC participants
Conduct practical and theory sessions, and create training courses, exercises and hands-on projects that encourage independent learning
Build a student performance management system to assess and track trainee progress and learning outcomes and support each trainee's personal and professional development
Create and maintain training documentation and learning materials, keeping them up to date as the course evolves
Work with the development team to make sure training equipment, machines and tools are operational and up to date and manage training-related projects and process…
