Skincare Research & Development (Lab) Associate

About the role

If you’ve worked in a cosmetic/skincare/haircare lab and often thought, “I’d do this differently,” this role is for you. Please note this role requires prior hands-on experience in cosmetic formulation within skincare, haircare, or personal care labs.

What you'll do

• Directly work with the founder on new product development and reformulations
• Design, execute, and interpret lab trials including stability testing, compatibility studies, and performance evaluations
• Handle end to end process from idea to commercialization
• Manage ingredient selection, sourcing inputs, and formulation documentation
• Maintain and organise technical documentation including COAs, MSDS, SOPs, and formulation dossiers in line with regulatory and quality requirements

What you need

• 3–7 yrs of experience
• Research
• Chemistry
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
