Slurry Piping Design (Semiconductor)

About the role

Responsible for the design, engineering, and optimization of slurry piping systems for semiconductor manufacturing facilities, ensuring the safe, reliable, and contamination-free transport of abrasive chemical slurries used in critical fabrication processes such as Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP).

What you'll do

• Responsible for the design, engineering, and optimization of slurry piping systems for semiconductor manufacturing facilities, ensuring the safe, reliable
• Develop and review process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), piping layouts, equipment arrangements
• Perform pipeline sizing calculations, flow analysis, pressure drop evaluations, velocity assessments
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil
• Participate in design reviews, vendor evaluations, constructability assessments, installation support, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
