About the role

Utilise market intelligence and hiring data to improve recruitment outcomes and talent strategies. 10-18 years of experience in hands on talent acquisition role with minimum 5 years of experience in managing teams. Proven experience leading and developing recruitment teams. Experience supporting recruitment across multiple countries within APAC.

What you'll do

• Lead APAC hiring strategy for a high-growth technology business
• Build and mentor a high-performing recruitment team
• Lead and scale talent acquisition strategy across multiple APAC markets, primarily for Tech Hiring
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team
• Partner with senior business leaders, HR, and finance stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring decisions
