About the role

Manage and monitor Azure environments (VMs, storage, networking, databases) Handle L2/L3 incidents, service requests, and escalations within SLA Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions Provision and manage Azure resources (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers) Configure backup and disaster recovery using Azure Backup and ASR
