About the role

What you'll do

• Expertise in understanding customer requirements, coordinating with stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, PAM/IAM teams, and technical teams to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and security requirements
• Support the delivery of PAM/IAM initiatives by conducting requirement analysis, impact assessments, process mapping, and coordination across multiple stakeholders
• Collaborate with client teams to facilitate workshops, data analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT), reporting
• Prepare functional specifications, business process documentation, dashboards
