About the role

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Cloud Operations & Automation Support Engineer to support provisioning platforms and automation workflows. The role involves troubleshooting complex build failures, supporting configuration management tools, and ensuring smooth execution of provisioning and decommissioning processes in a production environment.

What you'll do

  • Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot provisioning and build failures across workflows such as VPCx, OPCx, and database platforms
  • Perform end-to-end issue analysis and resolution for provisioning and decommissioning workflows to ensure minimal business disruption
  • Create, manage, and track Incidents / iTasks in ServiceNow when support from dependent teams (e.g., IRIS, VPCx) is required
  • Errors or exceptions during Chef runs
  • Troubleshoot Jenkins pipeline failures by analyzing logs and providing resolution support to requestors via email or support channels
