About the role

Plans, develops, and tests new NonStop jobs and job schedules as required by the business for new reports, data extracts, or extracts Schedules on-demand NonStop jobs from the business for client reports and extracts Creates and maintains accounts on Axway Secure Transport (Axway) for file transfers to or from a client / vendor.

What you'll do

• Foster Positive Customer Relationships By Engaging In Customer Meetings, Capturing Feedback, And Addressing Issues To Enhance Service Delivery And Satisfaction
• Conduct In-Depth Analyses, Including Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis
