About the role

Experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Infrastructure and Service Transition projects within enterprise managed-services environments. Skilled in driving projects from initiation through implementation and handover to BAU operations, with strong focus on scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, dependencies and stakeholder governance

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Workplace / EUC transformation and infrastructure projects
• Own project planning, milestones, dependencies, RAID tracking and executive reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Workplace, Service Desk, Deskside/Field Support, Network, Security, Cloud, IAM and Infrastructure
• Manage device deployment, refresh, migration, site transition and technology rollout programs
• Drive resource planning, onboarding, vendor coordination and delivery readiness
