• Ensure Timely Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Incidents By Utilizing Snow Admin And Javascript, Adhering To Agreed Slas To Maintain Operational Efficiency
• Mentor Team Members And Administrators While Developing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation
• Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Assess Human Error Compliance, Leveraging Analytical
