About the role

Diagnose and resolve OpenShift-related issues to ensure high availability and performance. Follow ITIL-based processes for incident, change, and problem management. Handle patching and administration of Windows servers. Apply strong understanding of networking principles to support infrastructure. Manage storage systems and OpenShift storage configurations (PV, PVC).

What you'll do
