SMSTR51-Analyst - Smart Fees

About the role

The incumbent will join the Smart Fees (Fees & Expense Management) department and be responsible for the analysis, reconciliation, and management of fees related to Brokerage, Clearing, Exchange, and other market infrastructure services in accordance with client service-level agreements. The role requires a strong understanding of OTC and Listed Derivatives products, fee structures, invoice processing, and exception management.

What you'll do

• Reconcile fees related to OTC and Listed Derivatives products, including CDS, IRS, FX, Equities, Bonds, Futures, and Options
• Perform detailed analysis of brokerage, clearing, exchange, and regulatory fee calculations
• Independently manage complex exceptions and disputes through to resolution
• Review, validate, and process invoices while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and control
• Ensure all client SLAs are met and proactively escalate critical issues where required
